F&F started on our kitchen island in November 2020. We had dreamed of mastering the perfect breakfast sandwich and knew that bread was the basis of greatness. Enter the English Muffin, a durable yet delicate, open-crumb marvel. With countless hours of experimentation and many pounds of Montana grown flour, we set out to master the muff. If not for Will, we might still be baking for friends at home, but fortunately he pushed us out the door. It started with an email and google doc sent to friends + family and quickly escalated! Word of mouth helped spread the muffin gospel and soon we found ourselves selling out at Farmers Markets. Since the beginning, the thing we’ve loved the most about what we do is meeting our customers and hearing about the joy that a humble English Muffin brings to our community.
