We are a Bozeman-based waffle company like no other. 

Unlike traditional waffles, we offer better-for-you versions to promote wellness and support all of life's adventures.

As chefs, we needed to turn our functional yet unappealing overnight oatmeal into a quick and nutritious breakfast to keep us going for long days on our feet while hitting the marks for our food preferences.

As parents, we needed something delicious and nutritious and crave-worthy. Something hot and crispy for breakfast and snacks that we can genuinely feel good about feeding our children with food allergies.

The result is Unwaffle. An undeniably delicious waffle that will make you feel great and keep you going. We source over 70% of all of our ingredients from organic Montana growers, these include high-protein oats, lentils and hemp. Our waffles and mixes are made in small batches and in certified gluten-free and top 14 allergen-free facilities.

We also hit the protein and fiber marks with 15 and 8 grams per serving, respectively with a healthy list of micronutrients available by milling our ingredients whole and taking nothing away.
