Sinclair’s Bakery

Using flour made from grain grown and milled in the heart of Montana, Sinclair’s Bakery produces the finest European-style breads and pastries.

Located in Whitehall, Montana and baked fresh for you in my self-designed and one-of-a-kind bakery trailer, I bring croissants, baguettes, Apfelstrudel, sourdough bread, potato rolls and much more to markets, events and special deliveries.  During the summer, I bake onsite Wednesday evenings at the Big Sky Market from 5pm to 8pm.  In the fall, winter and spring, you can find me Saturdays from 9am to 12pm at the Bozeman Winter Farmer’s Market located downtown at the fairgrounds.

When I’m not baking locally, I travel internationally consulting and teaching baking workshops and classes everywhere from Moscow and the Netherlands to Poland, Madrid and Prague.
